Job Overview

Empower Communication is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in St. Louis, MO.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field and be licensed to practice in Missouri.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position with a caseload of elementary-middle school students. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing tailored therapy plans, and collaborating with educators and families to ensure holistic student support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Identify speech and language challenges in students through comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop and Implement Therapy Plans: Create and implement tailored therapy plans to address students' communication needs.
  • Collaborate with Educators and Families: Foster collaboration with educators and families to ensure holistic student support.
  • Regularly Assess Progress: Regularly assess progress and adjust therapy techniques to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Licensure: Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility.
  • Experience: Preferred experience working with pediatric populations.
