We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team in Downtown Minneapolis. As a key member of our social media team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing projects, attending events, and working with our leaders and team members.

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in assisting with the growing success of our social media team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conceptualizing and creating social content that aligns with brand goals and bolsters our brand voice and overall brand awareness.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by researching social media trends, engagement opportunities, and fresh approaches to creation and curation.
  • Participating and assisting teams in the content creation process through on-set or in-the-field video, photography, and staging production/capture.

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of creative formats, including image, video, and link content, as well as newer formats such as ephemeral content, live videos, 360 videos and images, GIFs, and AR/VR.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the brand, optimistic, and sees opportunity everywhere in our fast-paced, changing work environment. If you're a self-starter, motivated, and resourceful individual with a strong interest in pop culture and current trends, we want to hear from you

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of a bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably in communications, journalism, or marketing.
  • A knack for creativity and interest in TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Background or interest in content creation and creation across major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. This role requires constant collaboration.
