Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Complete Care at Park Place Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help residents with mobility, including transferring them in and out of beds and wheelchairs.
  • Monitor and record vital signs like blood pressure and pulse.
  • Feed and assist residents with their meals.
  • Turn and reposition bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with toileting and incontinence care.
  • Collect and document resident information and report to nurses.
  • Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Respond to call lights and requests for assistance promptly.
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Ensure residents' rights and dignity are respected at all times.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CNA certification in NJ.
