Position Summary
The Quick Lane Technician plays a vital role in providing efficient automotive lubrication services while collaborating closely with the Production Foreman.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct all automotive lubrication tasks, including oil changes and fluid top-offs.
- Perform comprehensive inspections of customer vehicles, addressing any necessary repairs or maintenance with the Service Advisor.
- Utilize and maintain lubrication equipment effectively.
- Receive and execute repair orders from the Service Salesman or Production Foreman.
- Ensure the cleanliness of customer vehicles during service.
- Maintain equipment functionality, particularly service lifts.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any incidents to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a technician support role within an automotive dealership or service environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance practices.
- Proficient in using automotive tools and equipment.
- Possession of a personal set of basic automotive tools.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
- Willingness to comply with pre-employment requirements, including drug testing and background checks.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Rate: $17/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week with Sundays off.
