Project Surveyor

Sandis is seeking a highly skilled Project Surveyor to join our team in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a surveying professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD files.
• Create mapping deliverables, including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, plats, and legal descriptions.
• Post-process field data collected via the total station, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and unmanned aerial systems.
• Draft aerial surveys from our UAV (Drone).
• Solve complex problems using cutting-edge technology.
• Mentor survey technicians.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of office surveying experience.
• B.S in a related field is preferred.
• Knowledgeable of AutoCAD Bluebeam, Pix4d, and Leica-based scanning software.
• Experience with survey equipment, such as GPS, Robotic, and Total Station.
• Pursuing FAA Pilot License.
• LSIT Preferred.
