**Job Summary**

UnityPoint Health-Trinity is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and report patient condition to the physician and other healthcare team members
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

**Requirements**

  • Current RN license in the state of Illinois
  • At least 2 years of experience in ICU nursing
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS certification
  • Active nursing license per state
  • Current updated resume
  • Supervisory professional references
  • Must complete drug screen and background screen
