  • Sort and Remove Trash: Sort and remove trash and garbage to the dumpster, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Contribute to a Positive Guest Experience: Exceed guest expectations by maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and contributing to a positive dining experience.
Additional Duties
  • Clean and Sanitize Work Areas: Clean and sanitize various work areas, including tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors, daily.
  • Communicate with Staff: Work closely and communicate with both back-of-house and front-of-house staff in a high-paced environment.
  • Perform Side Work Duties: Perform cleaning and side work duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing and Walking: 100% of the time, stand and walk for long periods.
  • Reaching and Bending: 75% of the time, reach, bend, and wipe.
  • Chemical Use: 75% of the time, use chemicals and cleaning materials according to safety regulations.
  • High-Pace Environment: 60% of the time, perform job tasks at a continuous high pace, under pressure, while maintaining quality and speed standards.
  • Lifting and Carrying: 20% of the time, lift and carry sacks, boxes, and product up to 50 pounds from floor to above waist level, approximately 20 feet, and sometimes involving stairs.
Essential Training Requirements
  • Complete Hourly Position Training: Successfully complete hourly position training, including follow shifts, demonstrations, training materials, and required videos.
Qualifications
  • Age Requirement: Must be 16 years old to be hired, 18 years old to operate mandated equipment and meet any other state and/or government regulations.
