Job Description

We are seeking a Sterilization Systems Engineer to join our team at Minnesota Medical Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing sterilization systems for medical devices. This includes ensuring that all systems meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop sterilization systems for medical devices.
  • Test and implement sterilization systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new sterilization systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for sterilization systems, including user manuals and technical specifications.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to sterilization system performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sterilization system design and development.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for sterilization systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

Salary & Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
