  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on wound care and management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of wound care policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited college program in Physical Therapy or Nursing.
  • New York State license or eligibility for Physical Therapy or Registered Nurse license.
  • Successful completion of orientation program according to department guidelines.
  • Ability to interact with others constructively and promote quality in-services to staff.
  • Ability to interact with and treat adults and seniors, and open to treating infants, children, and adolescents as requested within professional ability level.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
