About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Behavior Frontiers. As a key member of our Infant Development Program, you will play a vital role in providing early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities or delays.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy assessments to identify areas of need and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with child development specialists, early intervention supervisors, and other professionals to ensure a trans-disciplinary approach to care.
  • Provide recommendations for speech therapy programming and participate in co-visits to train child development specialists and family members.
  • Evaluate and track consumer progress toward goals and objectives, and write SLP assessment and re-assessment reports.
Requirements
  • Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • 2 years' experience designing, implementing, and evaluating speech language pathology services.
  • 2 years' experience working with infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities or delays in home/community settings.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written assessments and treatment plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with a team.
  • Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check with no criminal record.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Bilingual speaking (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese) a plus.
