Advanced Coatings Inc is seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team at our West Bend, WI facility.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our paint shop as a Sandblaster. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a job shop environment and possess basic math, reading, and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with assigned trainer until able to perform tasks independently
- Perform duties involving blasting parts daily as needed
- Monitor usage of shot and on-hand inventory
- Complete accurate and complete paperwork
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a job shop environment preferred
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic with a solid attendance history
