Rotating 12-hour Day/Night Shifts

As a Manufacturing Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our diverse workforce, working a rotating 12-hour shift pattern from 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM, with 7-day breaks, to assist in the daily operations of the facility.

This entry-level position offers support from your team as you develop into a Production Operator and eventually a Senior Production Operator, directly influencing the quality of our products and contributing to improving lives.

This role is eligible for overtime, and the schedule may include mandatory overtime based on business requirements. Candidates must be prepared to work shifts, weekends, overtime (including coverage), and holidays as necessary. All applicants understand that overtime may be required and adjusted to maintain safe operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize safety by ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Interpret and adhere to written operating procedures.
  • Complete and maintain accurate batch records.
  • Communicate the status of manufacturing processes to the Shift Team Lead/Supervisor.
  • Conduct inspections and clean equipment to guarantee product quality.

You Bring:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • The ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift pattern with 7-day breaks.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Capability to meet physical demands, including regular lifting of 40-50 lbs.
