At OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in the Tele Stroke Unit. This is a unique opportunity to work in a 1,059-bed magnet hospital and level II trauma center, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
As a Travel Nurse RN in the Tele Stroke Unit, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients with acute ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, encephalopathy, brain mass, and other neurological/neurosurgical diagnoses. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1.5 years of experience in a similar setting, with a strong background in telemetry and neuro assessment skills. You will also need to be able to read and interpret telemetry independently and have a large hospital experience. Additionally, you will need to have a valid BLS certification and be able to work night shifts, 3x12's, 7 PM - 7:30 AM, EOW, EOH.
