About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanning equipment to produce high-quality images of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CT scanning equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during CT procedures, including explaining the process and positioning patients correctly.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely interpretation of CT images.
- Maintain patient records, document procedures, and adhere to regulatory requirements for quality assurance.
Requirements
- State License (when required)
- ARRT
- BLS
- 2 years of recent CT Technician experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
