About the Role

Frontera Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior IT leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing an enterprise-wide IT strategy and roadmap that aligns with our organization's overall objectives.

As the IT Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems. You will also lead IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that support the organization's overall objectives and goals.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
  • Project Management: Lead IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Security Management: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
  • Support Services: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, EHR).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Video & audio capture experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in using and troubleshooting MacBooks and Mac-related software and hardware.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and responsible PTO.

Expected salary range in Denver $120,000—$165,000 USD
