Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, validate, and document fundamental electrical component and system functions, integration of multiple electrical systems, and electronic system packaging.
  • Apply Agile and Lean development methodologies and operate effectively with a global mindset.
  • Incorporate a set-based design approach and clearly articulate requirement trade-offs.
  • Implement DFx principles, where x represents Cost, Manufacturability, Assembly, etc.
  • Apply project management techniques to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost.
  • Interface with external suppliers and design partners to ensure schedule and quality adherence.
  • Construct prototype and proof of concept models.
  • Define, write, and process Engineering Change Notices.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $96,800 to $130,000 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, location, credentials, and internal equity.
