**About the Position**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Responsibilities**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on communication and swallowing disorders
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

**Requirements**

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Illinois
  • Experience working in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
