About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team at LIFELONG LEARNING ADMINISTRATION CO. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Assessment and Support: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' psychological, behavioral, and educational needs, and develop effective interventions to support their growth and development.
  • Collaboration with Teachers and Staff: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral support plans (BSPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Counseling and Mental Health Services: Provide educationally related mental health services to students and families, including crisis intervention and counseling.
  • Professional Development and Training: Develop and deliver in-service training sessions for parents, faculty, and staff to enhance educational, developmental, and remedial services for students.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Consult with parents, school staff, and administrators to develop and implement IEPs, BSPs, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that meet the needs of students with special needs.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in School Psychology or Related Field: A master's degree in school psychology or a related field is required.
  • California Pupil Personnel Services Credential: School Psychologist: A valid and/or eligible California Pupil Personnel Services Credential: School Psychologist is required.
  • Experience in School or Clinical Environment: One year of specific experience performing professional psychology duties in a school or clinical environment, including work with children, adolescents, and special education programs and services, is required.
  • Proficient Skills in MS Office: Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are required.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadline pressures. The successful candidate will be able to maintain required timelines and work independently.
