About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at Belcan. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble component parts and pieces according to specified blueprints and schematics
  • Verify the correct quantities of components and quality check completed items
  • Manage parts inventory and utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products
  • Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints, and technical terms
  • Discern quality of parts and materials used in production
  • Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process
  • Follow company procedures and directives
  • Test finished products for defects
  • Maintain the tools used to create products
  • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Aerospace experience
  • Welding experience
  • Assembly experience
  • Previous medical device assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents
  • Basic computer skills
