Job Shift: Day (Monday - Friday)

Job Description

Park Inc has an immediate need for several client services associates in Hopkinsville, KY to work as valet parking attendants. The selected candidates will have the option to work one of two shifts:

Monday through Friday from 6:00am-1:00pm or Monday through Friday from 2:00am-6:00pm

The hourly pay rate for this role is $18.00, with potential for increase based on tips received.

Responsibilities
  • Greet arriving and departing guests, open passenger doors, and provide claim checks
  • Inspect vehicles, mark pre-existing damage on valet tickets, and park guest vehicles in designated areas
  • Retrieve customer vehicles from designated areas, promote courteous treatment, and resolve guest service issues
  • FOLLOW all departmental procedures and policies for efficient, safe, and secure operations
  • Ensure guest problems are handled promptly and efficiently
  • Set high personal performance standards and encourage others to do the same
  • Accurately handle cash and credit transactions, report tips, and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • 2+ years of driving experience
  • Valid drivers license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Good customer service skills
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to all regulatory, company, and departmental policies and procedures
  • Project a professional image
  • Neat and tidy appearance (no visible tattoos)
  • Ability to jog, walk, and stand for long periods (8-9 hours)
  • Ability to respond calmly and professionally in conflict situations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
