About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ATE Test Engineering Manager to lead and manage a team of test engineers in defining ATE test hardware and software and supporting the launch of new products into high volume production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop robust test solutions for mixed signal and analog IC product lines, taking into account quality, cost, and time to market.
  • Perform board-level design of custom test boards and probe cards.
  • Set up, implement, debug, and optimize test programs for automated testing.
  • Ensure the test program is scalable, reusable, and accurate.
  • Responsible for NPI test package transfer to production.
  • Collaborate with overseas personnel to release test solutions into production.
  • Lead yield enhancement and cost reduction projects.
  • Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolve.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in ATE development for mixed-signal ICs.
  • 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
  • B.S in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Masters or PhD preferred.
  • Hands-on skills with ATE platforms such as Teradyne's ETS-364, ETS-88, uFLEX, and LTX-Credence's ASL1K.
  • Knowledge of analog electronics and experience with board-level design and debug.
  • Experience in statistical analysis of test data.
  • Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation. Prior experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent programming skills and prior experience with C++, experience with MATLAB and Python preferred but not required.
  • Team player with a strong sense of urgency to meet test requirements on schedule.

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
