We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Wisconsin River Orthopaedics, Ltd. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and achieve optimal physical function.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement and direct patient care, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress, conduct periodic exams, and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Wisconsin licensure or eligibility.
  • CPR certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients and families.
Working Conditions:

This position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds, and pushing/pulling wheelchairs. Personal protective equipment is provided.
