Medical Equipment Director

Compass Group Careers is seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Director to join our team. As a Medical Equipment Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the cleaning and distribution of medical equipment in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and instruct equipment technicians in the safe use, testing, and disinfection of medical equipment.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the highest level of patient safety.
- Manage the equipment database and generate reports to track utilization and par levels.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless equipment distribution and maintenance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in healthcare management or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a healthcare environment with shift management and leadership experience.
- Certifications in medical equipment management or related field preferred.
