Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized Freight Dispatcher to join our team at Express Employment Professionals in Bentonville, AR. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and packages between our warehouse and customer locations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch drivers to deliver goods and packages to customers in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of packages and materials

  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize logistics operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

This role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
