Call Ratio: 1 in 5

In-house shifts exclusively
Patient Load: 5-10 patients daily
Areas of Responsibility:
Post Partum, AntePartum, and Labor and Delivery
ICU Capacity: 25+ beds
Electronic Medical Records:
Cerner System
Credentialing Duration: Approximately 4 weeks.
Support Team:
Registered Nurses, Backup Physicians, Physician Anesthetist and/or CRNA
Patient Volume: 3-4 deliveries per 24 hours, averaging 13-15 patients per 24 hours.
Coverage Details:
This physician serves as the in-house coverage for all patients, regardless of whether they have a private physician. This role is a full-time in-house OB/GYN hospitalist position at a healthcare facility.
Includes Level 2 and Level 3 NICUs within the institution.
