About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Adult Therapist to join our team at Coastal Behavioral Health. As a key member of our Inpatient IOP Program, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for assigned patients.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team sessions and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary.
  • Lead group and individual therapy sessions, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for patients to share their experiences.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and implement aftercare plans to support patients' continued growth and recovery.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or counseling.
  • At least two years of experience in a related field, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a LMSW, LPC, or LMFT.
