Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ECM Transport. In this role, you will coordinate logistics activities and support the transportation department.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including freight scheduling and equipment maintenance
  • Assist drivers with customer and/or operational issues or direct them to proper management to resolve the issues
  • Communicate with Customer Service Representatives and Transportation Supervisors regarding customer and/or operational issues

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and adjust freight schedules adequately according to capacity
  • Monitor driver locations, progress, routing, and time at stops
  • Understand customer needs and service expectations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics or transportation industry preferred
  • Motivated and analytical thinking required

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
