Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications
  • Process prescriptions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of pharmaceuticals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and technologies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Pharmacy Technician certification or training program completion preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy software
