LHC Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, including assessments, evaluations, and interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Florida.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
