MEDICORP, INC is seeking a highly skilled Physician/Family Medicine Specialist with Obstetrics experience to join our team as an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine. This is a unique opportunity to work in a rural medicine setting, providing clinical and academic expertise to our patients and students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a clinician at our clinic in Southern Oregon, with privileges at the local Medical Center.
- Develop and maintain an active practice, working collaboratively with full and part-time faculty to achieve clinical and academic goals.
- Directly see patients in their clinic eight half-days per week, with two half-days available for administrative duties.
- Participate in seeing patients during expanded access hours, including evenings and weekends, and call coverage.
- Contribute to the development of the practice into a vibrant clinical and academic operation, with a strong commitment to innovation and team-based care.
- Be available for teaching activities, including mentoring students and residents.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or related field.
- Experience in obstetrics and rural medicine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
