Position Overview:
Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Skincare Specialist with a keen eye for detail to enhance our Spa team at Saltgrass. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving the well-being of our guests through exceptional and personalized spa treatments. In this role, you will leverage your expertise and dedication to outstanding customer service to help establish our spa as a premier destination for relaxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of professional skincare and facial treatments customized to meet individual guest needs and special event groups.
• Support clients in their wellness journeys by recommending at-home maintenance products and educating them on effective skincare routines.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess current needs, medical history, and overall goals for facial treatments and skin health.
• Guide clients through available services and products while achieving retail sales objectives.
• Ensure proper care and use of spa equipment, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a warm and inviting demeanor, ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued.
• Collaborate with fellow spa and fitness professionals to create a seamless and memorable spa experience that emphasizes holistic and personalized care.
• Stay informed about the Bardo brand, resort programming, and offerings, acting as a reliable resource for guests and members.

Qualifications:

• Current Georgia License in esthetics.
• Previous experience in a luxury spa setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in providing a range of skincare treatments, including facials and specialized procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of skincare products and ingredients, with the ability to make tailored recommendations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• High standards of grooming and presentation.
• Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
