Job Summary

Hang Ten Boiler is seeking a skilled and friendly server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take food and beverage orders from diners and serve meals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Welcome customers upon arrival and promptly seat them
  • Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client questions and provide recommendations
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth service flow and a cohesive customer experience
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in food service is preferred
  • Strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
  • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
  • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
