Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic treatment team in Holland, MI. As an LPN at Milan Laser Company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Educate clients on the laser hair removal process and provide personalized pre- and post-treatment care recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to drive company success.
- Provide a welcoming and comfortable environment by delivering world-class patient care.
- Record accurate and clear medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment, including preparing treatment rooms between clients.
- Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management Specialists as needed regarding patient treatment plans.
- Active, unencumbered LPN license.
- Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Capacity to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to visually assess clients' skin and operate the laser.
