">Key Responsibilities
">As an LPN or RN, your primary responsibilities will include:
">">Providing professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings
">Assessing resident needs and developing individualized care plans
">Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians or advanced practice providers
">Performing technical support tasks, such as vital sign monitoring and wound care
">Maintaining accurate records and documenting resident interactions and outcomes
">Counselling residents, family members, and/or advocates on prevention and treatment plans
">Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
">Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
">
">Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
">">Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or associate degree in nursing preferred
">Holding an active LPN or RN license with the North Dakota State Nursing Board
">Completion of department-specific competencies and certifications
">Ability to maintain required continuing education units (CEU) and competency training requirements
">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
">Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
