Masonry Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Masonry Laborer to join our team at Spherion. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting with the building and repairing of structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stones.

• Assist in the construction of structures using masonry materials, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
• Operate a range of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and polish materials, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices.
• Mix and apply mortar and grout according to specifications, ensuring a strong and durable bond between materials.
• Lay and align bricks in a precise manner, ensuring a level and plumb finish.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment, protecting yourself and others from harm.

• Experience in masonry or a related trade.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
