Gymnastics Coach

Job Opportunity

My Gym - Bel Air is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a children's gymnastics coach/instructor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading our non-competitive gymnastics, tumbling, and Ninja programs for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and instruct gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote physical activity and fun
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive and safe learning environment
• Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in gymnastics, dance, or related field preferred
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Background in gymnastics, dance, or cheerleading preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a combination of weekday morning shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts
• Clean background check
