Maintenance Superintendent Job Description

At National Beef, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance-related expenses.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing maintenance plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, with the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
