You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all design requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand customer orders, product specifications, and drawings
- Determine if all required information is present and meets specifications for production
- Analyze data and data format to convert into CGC CAD system
- Layout and manipulate designs to meet customer and production requirements
- Output designs and data in effective manner for producing cutting dies
- Develop technical drawings using CAD software
- Make revisions and obtain approval from appropriate parties
- Distribute completed/approved drawings to internal departments
- Follow all safety procedures
- Understand and participate in quality checks as required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in work area
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of CAD software and design principles
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
