Job Responsibilities

As a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing reliable, personalized, one-on-one care to clients in their own homes.
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as dressing, personal care, and hygiene.
  • Assisting with medication reminders and management.
  • Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and changing bed linens.
  • Assisting with meal preparation, meal planning, and grocery shopping.
  • Assisting with mobility restrictions to prevent falls and ensure safety.
  • Providing transportation support as needed.
  • Offering companionship and social engagement to clients.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, family members, and colleagues.
