Job Title: Therapists - Full-Time

About the Role:

Vista Taos Renewal Center is seeking highly qualified and experienced Therapists to join our team in Taos, NM. As a Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering addiction counseling services to adult clients with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver addiction counseling services to adult clients with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, as well as provide education and support to clients and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in addiction treatment.

Requirements:

  • New Mexico licensure in addiction and/or mental health (LPCC, LADAC, LMSW, LMHC).
  • Experience working with substance-dependent clients and knowledge of the 12-Step Recovery path.
  • Collaborative and team-based approach to SUD treatment.
  • Able to work on-site in Taos, NM, and willing to work on-call 1x monthly.
  • Valid and clean New Mexico driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
