About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to find innovative solutions to respond to customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Answering inbound telephone calls, chat, email & reviews in a skills-based environment where transactions range from call transfers to complex reservations and requests for customers.
  • Responding to inbound customer and partner digital inquiries, using methods and verbiage defined by management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Two years or more of directly related experience in an inbound contact center or face-to-face customer service or similar customer service role.
  • Effective, demonstrable computer skills (beyond basic keyboarding) and understanding of telephone etiquette.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) language proficiency.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $38,000 - $48,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including paid training, competitive wages, full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k and more), paid time off, employee wellness and engagement programs, and opportunities for growth and development.
