- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive repair.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a commitment to obtain them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles.

- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- A commitment to long-term career growth and development.
- Ability to lift and/or move items weighing over 100 pounds occasionally.
- Capability to work with tools on vehicles positioned overhead.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating computer systems.
