Chief Nursing Director

At Upson Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead our Nursing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall administration, direction, and coordination of all Nursing areas and other assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Nursing Department
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize Nursing Department performance
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Nursing team
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Nursing, with 5 years in middle or upper management
- Previous experience as a Chief Nursing Officer is preferred
