Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Team Lead experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Experience in Assembly/Production and inventory control.
  • Ability to meet all background requirements and commit to a regular schedule.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and direct a team of warehouse staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Conditions:

The Warehouse Team Lead will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to heavy machinery and equipment. The role will require regular lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
