Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our treatment program, you will provide psycho-therapeutic services to patients and contribute to the development of a comprehensive treatment plan.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patient data and develop a plan of care to ensure the delivery of quality treatment.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document treatment provided to patients in their medical record, adhering to established case management guidelines.
- Complete reports for suspected abuse, as legally mandated, and inform the supervisor accordingly.
- Master's degree in Social Work or a similar field.
- Clinical Intern-Licensure or Full Licensure.
- Minimum one (1) year previous experience as a therapist, preferably in a mental health setting.
- History of working/running groups.
