Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Model a commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications within 1 year of employment.
