Job Summary

Olympic Sports & Spine is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Federal Way, Washington. As a Work Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive care to injured workers, helping them achieve their return-to-work goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
  • Perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) to assess patients' abilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement Work Conditioning and Rehabilitation programs to help patients regain their functional abilities
  • Work closely with patients, employers, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth return-to-work process
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy Education
  • Current Washington State Occupational Therapist License (or license applicant status)
