  • Collaborate with customers to identify problems and offer effective solutions, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Project Management: oversee and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Senior Technicians to complete complex projects and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Provide detailed reports on daily activities, highlighting accomplishments and areas for improvement.
  • Proactively participate in the company's Growth Program, seeking opportunities for professional development and advancement.
  • Support customers on a rotational on-call basis, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to customer needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the boiler industry, with a strong understanding of boiler room equipment and controls.
  • Advanced knowledge of combustion testing equipment, parallel positioning systems, and controllers.
  • Electrical expertise and proficiency with test equipment, conduit installation, and complex control upgrades.
  • Understanding of PLC programs and ability to work with various systems.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends, as needed, to meet customer demands.
  • Current valid driver's license and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
