Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ALM Administrator to join our team at ZAR IT Solutions. As an ALM Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of Micro Focus ALM tools, including user management, project creation, and customization. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to engineering teams and users on ALM tool-related topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Micro Focus ALM tools, including user management, project creation, and customization.
  • Provide technical support to engineering teams and users on ALM tool-related topics.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to support ALM tool-related topics.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and train users on using the ALM tool.
  • Support the deployment of current and new tool suites to engineering projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across functional and geographic boundaries.
