Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Cynet Health.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, Level 1 Trauma Certified & Stroke center with a variety of cases, including Central venous catheters, paracentesis/thoracentesis, GI tube management, fistulagram, GI bleeds, Y90. They will perform diagnostic cerebral angiograms and interventions, and handle stroke thrombectomies in Neuro IR. The ideal candidate will also assist in vascular surgeries such as EVAR, TEVAR, and LE angio/interventions.

Responsibilities:
  • Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment with a dedicated team of 68 techs, 48 RNs, and other medical professionals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Perform a variety of procedures, including diagnostic cerebral angiograms and interventions, and handle stroke thrombectomies in Neuro IR.
  • Assist in vascular surgeries such as EVAR, TEVAR, and LE angio/interventions.
  • Engage with very sick patients with conditions such as LVADs, ECMO, IMPELLA, PE thrombectomy, TIPS, stroke, and aortic ruptures.
  • Commit to rotating call requirements, including weekends, typically every 5th-8th weekend, with variable weekday call shifts.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest procedures and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • MA License.
  • ARRT and BLS certifications.
  • Experience in IR and Neuro IR, preferably with EPIC, Siemens, GE, and Philips systems.
